1. What we collect
Photos you upload for enhancement. Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) standard to operating a website. Aggregate usage analytics about which pages and tools are used — currently collected without cross-site advertising trackers.
2. How uploaded photos are processed
[VERIFY] Processing happens server-side: when you upload a photo, it is transmitted over HTTPS to our processing service, enhanced by our AI pipeline, and the result is returned to your browser. Photos are not processed inside your browser.
3. Photo retention and deletion
[VERIFY] Our commitment: uploaded photos are deleted shortly after processing completes and are not used to train models, sold, or shared. The exact retention window will be stated here once final infrastructure is confirmed — until then, treat this section as our binding intent with details pending.
4. Third-party processors
[VERIFY] If image processing uses any external model-hosting provider, that provider's name and its data-handling terms will be disclosed here explicitly. Users have a right to know when an image transits a third party's servers, and this section will be completed before paid processing goes live.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal cookies necessary for operation. Analytics, if enabled, measure aggregate page usage. No advertising networks run on this site today.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of any personal data associated with your use of the site by writing to our contact address. Since accounts do not exist yet, requests are handled manually via email.
7. Children's data
The service is general-audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond photos a guardian chooses to enhance; deletion requests covering children's photos are honored immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected in the 'last updated' date above, and significant changes will be announced on the site itself rather than only in this document.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
