Haze removed, trip restored
Dehazing examples reward close inspection because distance tells the truth: watch how the nearest ridge regains full contrast while successive layers keep progressively softer separation — that depth-proportional treatment mirrors how atmosphere actually behaved when you stood there. Uniform contrast tools flatten all layers identically, erasing the layered depth that made the view worth photographing in the first place.
Phone panoramas and wide shots benefit from one extra habit: lock exposure on the sky before sweeping, so bright regions anchor the metering and land stays detailed. Even so, extreme dynamic range exceeds any sensor, and post-capture rebalancing remains the difference between a panorama that renders the scene and one that merely documents having seen it.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work on landscape and scenery photos, not just people?
That is this page's specialty. Landscapes need dynamic-range balancing and haze removal rather than face handling; the pipeline treats them accordingly.
Can it fix haze in distant mountain or cityscape shots?
Substantially, yes. The distance-dependent veil lifts so far ridgelines and skylines regain definition. Extremely humid or polluted conditions leave some veil — recovery scales with what the lens actually captured.
Does it work on underwater or beach photos?
Underwater shots improve meaningfully (color loss from water absorption partially corrects) but deep water photos have genuinely absorbed their colors — expectations should scale with depth. Beach backlit shots recover very well. For underwater shots specifically, shoot shallow and close — water absorbs red within meters, and recovery works best when there is still some color left to rebuild rather than pure blue-green to invent.
Can I batch-enhance a whole trip's photos at once?
Batch processing is not available yet — planned for the seller tier. Today it is one photo at a time, free, seconds each; a trip's best 30 shots take minutes total.
